The thing that sets Jack Arnold apart from all the other politicians out there is his true love of this country. Most people say they love this country, but Jack Arnold left a fairly comfortable life to serve his country in a time of war! How many current politicians can say the same? From the time I met Jack in 2005 through our deployment together in Iraq, he has always shown the qualities of a great leader and has always stood up against things that aren't right. Jack Arnold has constantly been honest no matter if it was the easy or hard answer. He wouldn't hold back and tell you what you want to hear but is also wise enough to listen to other people's points of view. I think Jack is what America needs more of in Washington. Jack is one the smartest people I have ever met, and I could not think of a better person to help change the political process in Washington, D.C.

Jack and I spent the majority of our time arguing politics, view points and opinions. There are two things about Jack every person should know. Those two things are the reason people flock to him. The first is dedication. Jack was dedicated to us, friends, colleagues, soldiers standing on either side of him. All of us ready to die for the same cause, but knowing that standing together we would all come home alive. The second thing Jack is known for is his inability to stop talking. You may laugh while reading this, but everyone knows it to be fact. If you want an opinion, an honest to God opinion backed by random facts that seem to somehow make sense, ask Jack. Jack doesn't sway in what he believes in. He doesn't alter his opinion to fit in. He'll argue to boredom his opinions and ideas. (Whether you want to hear it all or not!)

If Jack has an opinion, you can be sure it is his and not something to be said for the sake of impressing people.
